By submitting your UFO report, pictures, audio, video (media) files to NEUFOR, either directly on this website or by email, you agree that NEUFOR has the right to use the information and data you provided for investigative purposes and that we, NEUFOR, have permission to use the information freely and publicly on this website, television and radio broadcast, internet broadcast and or distribution, press releases, website promotion, photo of the week-month, print media and in UFO related journals, magazines, books; and that we, NEUFOR, can share your UFO report with other professional UFO groups and other lawful use of said media which NEUFOR sees fit.

All (personal) information received will be held in the strictest of confidentiality between NEUFOR and the person submitting information to this website. 

I hereby waive and release any claims or actions against NEUFOR for use of said media and agree to hold NEUFOR harmless for any injury or harm resulting or arising from any use by NEUFOR of said media. I further certify that I am the author/owner of the submitted media and that I am 18 years of age or older.
